PLL Case Gc · Gs (3 of 4)

Gc-PERM

3 CORNERS + 3 EDGES

Diagram of the Gc-PERM with an arrow for each piece The Gc-PERM on the cube

Algorithm

R2U'RU'RUR'UR2UD'RU'R'DU'

Three corners and three edges cycle, with a 1x2 block travelling together. It takes 16 moves.

How to recognise it: the bars around the diagram are each piece's side colours, and each red arrow takes a piece from where it is to where the algorithm leaves it (two heads mean a swap). Look for headlights —two corners of the same colour on one side— and bars —a whole side in one colour—, turn the top layer (U) until it matches and run the algorithm.

The video for this case isn't published yet.

The video is in Spanish, but the moves are the same in every language.

Step by step

The opposite of OLL: the side colours of the last layer are in full colour with a black outline, because that's what you look at to recognise the case; their yellow, already oriented, is faded.
